(That's CODE for: Let's talk about them while they're in a different room. While we're at it...we might talk about their Mama too.)
When Beau gets ready for a nap, he's OUT. That's how relaxed his personality is. He's not worried about what's going on around him. I wish I could do that! Yes, I'm jealous of a cat! Afterall...cats are the best! Anyway I've also noticed how he gets his entire face wet when getting a drink. That's when he'll give you a wet kiss. His Mother (Lilly) did the same thing when she was a kitten. Don't worry, Rishea, he'll grow out of it. Until then, enjoy all those wet kisses! By the way, Beau still has a love for plastic dinosaurs.
(I really should be too embarrassed to share this next picture with you. But sometimes you just gotta keep it real.)
Below is a picture of when Lilly was a little kitten. You can see how wet her face and chin used to stay. Doesn't she look like she's ready for the cat show with that chin and those cheeks? Aww, isn't she the cutest thing? I would guess she's around 10 or 11 weeks old in this picture. It was impossible to keep her fur clean, because Lilly kept it really wet constantly at that age. One solution to this temporary problem would be to use one of those hamster/rabbit waterers. Cats can learn to use them easily, because they are very smart.
Below is a picture and video of Flame. He's pretty much always ready to go play. He's my little clown. He never fails to make me laugh!
He really appreciates it when I get lint off of his beautiful fur. That's how Mothers are. Another thing I do is keep the fur on their bottoms trimmed while they are little. I will be his Mother for only one more week. I'm sure going to miss Lilly's boys. She had some of the sweetest kittens I've had.
